4HM’s Mission and Purpose

4 Honor & Mercy is a clan and community that stands for exactly those two things: Honor and Mercy. 4HM was born from those that had been sickened by the constant cheating, disrespect and selfish game-play that had taken over the World of Warcraft world. As a result, 4HM was dedicated to providing a game-play that was not only fun and enjoyable but also to building a community dedicated to the same goal.

The true goal of 4HM is to build a community of people that respect each other and enjoy gaming, because it is always more enjoyable to compete with your friends. This is accomplished most noticeable by adhering to our rules of game-play that include no cheating, no swearing and respect for the fellow gamer. We ask these things so as to keep the game-play as pure as possible. The absence of cheating keeps the game pure to its creation; it gives no one an unfair position, a concept of both honor and mercy. The absence of swearing and cussing creates a clean environment for our younger players and an atmosphere void of harsh feelings; a gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger. And an attitude of respect takes the ideal of honor to its core: treat people the same way you want them to treat you.

As the Members of 4HM, we are dedicated to making your gaming experience as rich as possible and providing the forums as a place to build the community to be as strong as possible. That is our commitment to you, the community. Respect and integrity are not the only part of honor. Distinction and merit are also part of honor. As such, we are dedicated to have the quality of our servers a mark of above the rest and to find new ways to expand our game-play. And the compassion component of mercy accompanies it to keep us all humble. We do not seek to build ourselves up, but rather build the community as a whole.
